  1. Leadership Role with Full Autonomy: Members must be CEOs, founders, or senior-level executives with complete control over their time, travel, and spending, ensuring they can fully commit to the group without needing external approval.
  2. Commitment to Monthly Attendance: Attend one 4-hour in-person session per month, with mandatory attendance. Members are expected to prioritize these sessions over other commitments, ensuring consistent participation for the benefit of the group.
  3. Full Engagement and Accountability: Actively participate in discussions, hot seats, and peer feedback during each session. Members must set clear commitments and follow through on them, with accountability built into future meetings.
  4. Alignment with Core Values and Group Expectations: Members must align with Banded’s values of faith, relational depth, and growth, and be willing to engage in vulnerable, high-trust relationships to foster a meaningful group dynamic. Participation in curated trips and experiences is highly encouraged to strengthen group bonds.
