But somewhere along the way, the circle of people who truly understand what that’s like got smaller. The conversations you need — the honest, unfiltered, faith-centered kind — are hard to find.
That’s what we’re building. Banded for Women will be a space where women business owners sit across the table from other women who get it. Not mentors, not coaches — peers. Women carrying similar weight, wrestling with similar questions, and building with the same Kingdom conviction.
But we’re not going to build it without you. Before we launch, we’re inviting around 50 women to help us shape what these rooms look like — the format, the rhythm, the conversations that matter most. If you’ve been waiting for something like this, this is your chance to be part of creating it.

Banded for Women isn’t being designed in a boardroom. It’s being shaped by the women who will actually sit in these rooms. We’re gathering a founding group of women business owners to help us get it right — the structure, the conversations, and the experience. This isn’t a waitlist. It’s an invitation to build something that doesn’t exist yet — alongside other women who know the weight of ownership and lead with faith at the center.

Who We're Looking For
Banded for Women is being built for the owner who’s in the arena — the woman running a business, leading a small team, and building something that matters. If you’re a business owner generating $1M+ in revenue with a team of 1–5 people, you’re exactly who we designed this for. You don’t need a bigger company to deserve a better room. You just need the right one.
